- ¼ cup white vinegar
- ¼ cup rubbing alcohol
- Cotton swab
- Protective gloves and goggles
- Piece of aluminum foil
- Bowl
- Spoon
- Towel
Steps For Cleaning
- Mix equal parts white vinegar and rubbing alcohol in a bowl.
- Put on protective gloves and goggles.
- Put the stained headband into the mixture and let it soak for 15-20 minutes.
- Take the headband out of mixture and wipe it down with a towel.
- Now, use a cotton swab to dab the remaining stains.
- Once all of the sap has been removed, use the aluminum foil to remove any extra grease left behind by buffing
- Finally, rinse the headband in warm water and let it air dry.
