         What You Will Need
  - Nail polish remover
- White vinegar
- Cotton swabs or cloth
 Instructions
  - The first step is to test a small area of the fabric for colorfastness. Dab a small cotton swab in nail polish remover and rub it against an area that isn't visible. If the color fades, that means it's safe to proceed.
- Apply nail polish remover to the stain and allow it to sit for several minutes. Gently scrub the stain with a clean, dry cloth.
- If the stain still remains, mix 1 teaspoon of white vinegar with a cup of water. Dip a cloth into the mixture and gently scrub the area until the stain lifts.
- Once the stain has been removed, rinse with cold water and wash as usual.
 Additional Tips
  - Always read the care instructions on the clothing label before cleaning.
- Be sure to use nail polish remover that is specifically designed for fabrics.
- Use a mild detergent to avoid damaging the fabric.
