         What You Need
  - A clean cloth or sponge
- Dish soap
- White vinegar
- Baking soda
Steps to Clean Hairspray from Clogs
  - Begin by dampening the cloth or sponge with lukewarm water.
- Add a small amount of dish soap and begin to gently scrub the soiled area.
- Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water and check to see if stain has been removed.
- If necessary, mix equal parts white vinegar and water and use a fresh cloth to blot the affected area until the stain is gone.
- Finally, sprinkle baking soda on the area and let it sit for a few minutes. Wipe away with a damp cloth and your clogs should be free of hairspray stains!
 Tips
  - Be sure to use only gentle cleaning solutions, such as mild dish soap, white vinegar, and baking soda, to avoid damaging the surface of your clogs.
- Always test your cleaning solutions on a small, inconspicuous area before applying to the stain.
- For particularly tough hairspray stains, try using a toothbrush instead of a cloth to gently scrub the area.
