         Getting Rid of the Stains
  - Mix 1 tablespoon of liquid laundry detergent with 2 cups of cool water.
- Dampen a clean cloth with the detergent solution and blot the stain.
- Continue blotting stain until it starts to lift.
- Rinse the area with cold clean water to remove any remaining detergent residue.
- Let fabric air dry, then check to see if the stain is still visible.
- If the stain is still visible, mix 1 tablespoon of white vinegar with 2 cups of cool water and dampen a clean cloth with the solution.
- Blot the stain until the vinegar solution lifts the stain away.
- Rinse the area again with cold clean water until all traces of the stain and vinegar are gone.
- Let the fabric air dry and check for any remaining stains.
 Additional Tips
  - If you do not have liquid laundry detergent, try using white vinegar.
- If the stain does not lift with the detergent or vinegar solution, try a spot treatment product.
- Never use warm or hot water on a grass stain as this will set stain in place.
- Do not put the fabric in dryer until the stain has been completely removed.
- For severe or stubborn stains, take the garment to a professional cleaner.
